Peter has worked for most of his career in the third sector. Since 2018, he has worked as an independent consultant primarily in the NI Department of Health.

Niall currently works on issues around Freedom of Religion or Belief (FoRB) and parliamentary strengthening.

Michael A. Cowan is a psychologist and theologian. Since 1991 he has been a civic leader in the city of New Orleans where he chaired various organizations.

John, Lord Alderdice has devoted most of his working life to psychoanalytic psychiatry and politics, pursuing conflict resolution and healing at the individual and community level.
